We concentrate on one thing only – to train you to be a good enough groomer to start your own grooming business if that is your goal – or to seek employment as a trained and skilled groomer. Well structured grooming courses must cover a vast amount of new skills – and some necessary theory and knowledge of common animal health problems.
For those who wish to add qualifications to their training course we can offer you a choice of AIM (Formerly OCN – Open College Network West Midlands) recognised qualifications.
For those who wish to train to groom commercially now – and think about qualifications later – we have our long standing and ever popular Groom For a Living course which ticks all of the boxes to get you up and running in your own business – or perhaps renting a table in an established salon.

AIM Level 3 Diploma Fast Track Course
AIM (Formerly OCN – Open College Network) Level 3 Diploma – Fast Track for Experienced Groomers
AIM Level 3 Introductory Award Course
This starts with an introductory 1 day ‘hands -on’ training experience for the complete beginner. You then decide whether you would like to enrol for a further 7 days and gain the Award
We would invite all would be groomers, when possible and taking distance into account, to visit our training centre and spend a few hours watching how we work.
Not so much a course as an opportunity to polish up on skills already learned, or to gain further experience on specific breed trims.
